FORECAST SUMMARY FOR NORTHERN IRELAND

HEADLINE:Cool and breezy with a few showers. Dry tonight.

TODAY:A rather cool and blustery day with scattered passing showers. Best of the sunshine across western Tyrone and Fermanagh. Fresh northwesterly winds but strong along the Antrim coast and over the Ards Peninsula. Maximum temperature 12 deg C (54 deg F).

TONIGHT:Apart from one or two passing showers across Antrim it will be a largely dry night although rather cloudy at times. Winds easing but remaining strong along the Antrim coast. Minimum temperature 5 deg C (41 deg F).

FRIDAY:Mostly cloudy during the morning but increasing amounts of sunshine developing by afternoon, this mostly across the east. Remaining dry. Feeling milder but still a brisk breeze across the east. Maximum temperature 14 deg C (57 deg F).

OUTLOOK FOR SATURDAY TO MONDAY:After a chilly start Saturday will be dry with plenty of sunshine. Dry on Sunday with some sunshine. Cloud and rain slowly extending slowly east through Monday. Milder.
