Saturday's game was marred by what looked to be a serious injury to Leicester's England international Toby Flood, which caused the game to be delayed by 15 minutes.
James McKinney opened the scoring at Welford Road with a penalty after 31 minutes, but his score was soon cancelled out by Tiger's replacement Ryan Lamb.
However, Leicester made home advantage count late in the first half with tries from Niall Morris and David Mele inside a six minute spell before the break, and a further Lamb penalty gave Richard Cockerill's side a 15-3 half-time lead.
Anthony Allen added a third try for the hosts early in the second half, before Chris Henry replied for Ulster.
However Sebastian de Chaves added a fourth try for the Tigers to seal an impressive victory.
