The Macrory Cup champions had been favourites to retain their all-Ireland crown against Kerry side Pobalscoil Chorca Duibhne.

The game went to form in the first half with Conor Glass helping the Co Derry side to a 1-4 to 0-2 lead at the interval.

However St Pat's managed just two further scores after the break as the Dingle side found their way back into the game.

Riobeard Ó Sé's goal two minutes after the restart sparked the fight back, and late scores from Tom Ó Suilleabhain and Barra Ó Suilleabhain ensured the Gaeltacht School clinched the trophy on their debut final appearance.
