It's a repeat of last season's final which was won 4-1 by David Jeffrey's side at Windsor Park which will host the rematch.
The clubs have already met twice in knock out competitions this season with the Blues winning 1-0 in the Co Antrim Shield at Seaview and the Crues reversing that result in this week's League Cup tie.
Two other all-Premiership ties see Cliftonville take on Ballinamallard United at Solitude, and Portadown welcome Dungannon Swifts to Shamrock Park.
Five Northern Amateur Football League sides were in the draw with Rathfriland Rangers away to Institute, Ballynahinch United away to Premiership side Coleraine, Immaculata away to Ards, Rosario YC travelling the short distance to Knockbreda, and Kilmore Rec heading to Tobermore United.
