The suspended star told UTV it's been no fun watching his team play without him - he has already missed out on the last three games, as he serves his lengthy penalty for a check to the head.
The ban was served over an incident against Devils player Andrew Conboy, which could make Keefe's return interesting.
"First and foremost, my goal is to win hockey games and that's where I have to put my focus," he said.
"But they're not going to happy with the end result of that hit," he said.
"And that's fine. I mean, we're all men - I've made a living handling myself and answering the bell when I have to. I'll be there on Sunday and I'm not going to be hiding anywhere."
I'm just really looking forward to getting back out there. I've been working hard the last couple of weeks here, to stay in shape and to get stronger and be ready to play on Sunday.
Adam Keefe, Belfast Giants
Also missing from Saturday's game will be Jeffrey Szwez, which Keefe says is a big loss for the Giants.
"He's an intimidating guy on the ice and he can put the puck in the back of the net," the captain said.
"But I'm confident in our group's depth - someone will step up and fill that role and we'll come out with two points."
Szwez was banned for one game for unsportsmanlike conduct when he left the bench during his side's game against Braehead Clan in Glasgow last weekend.
Giants head coach Paul Adey told UTV there's a tough run ahead for the team.
"We have a tough schedule coming - eight games on the road," he said.
"Because we've changed a Nottingham game and that jumps into the road games, so that's eight in a row we gotta do on the road. It's important to get points this weekend, absolutely."
The weekend's games at the Odyssey face-off at 7pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday.
