Taylor spent part of last season on loan at Ballymena United and he is being linked now with a permanent move to Glenn Ferguson's team.
Martyn signed for Glentoran in January, 2010 from Derry City however he has seen his time in east Belfast blighted by injury.
Aidan O'Kane leaves after making 20 appearances in his one season there.
Meanwhile goalkeeper Conor Devlin has signed for Cliftonville.
The keeper moved to Manchester United as a 16-year-old and also had spells with Aston Villa, Hartlepool and Brentford.
