Armagh will meet Down in Division Two on Friday, 7 February and on 7 March, Dublin will face Kildare at Croke Park.
The league begins on 1 February with Derry facing Tyrone in Division One, and derbies featuring Down against Monaghan and Cavan versus Fermanagh.
The opening Saturday night will also see the mouthwatering clash of All-Ireland champions Dublin and Kerry, a repeat of this year's classic semi-final, which Dublin sealed 3-18 to 3-11.
The opening weekend will also see Laois play Donegal and Louth meet Armagh.
Meanwhile, Antrim open in Division Four in Leitrim.
Round two is a week later with the Armagh-Down clash topping the bill as well as Sunday games which see Derry go to Kerry and Tyrone meeting Mayo.
Round three includes two Saturday evening, Division Two clashes, that is Down hosting Louth and Armagh travelling to Meath.
The following afternoon Tyrone visit Kildare and Donegal meet Monaghan - those two having contested this year's Ulster Final.
Derry and Tyrone will both travel to Munster in round four to face Cork and Kerry respectively.
