Donegal management duo step down

Rory Gallagher and Maxi Curran will leave their roles in the county management of Donegal.

Gallagher and Curran reportedly met with boss Jim McGuinness on Sunday and told him they were unable to commit for 2014 due to work and family reasons.
Assistant manager Gallagher had a particularly significant role in the team. Curran took charge of this year's McKenna Cup campaign, when many senior players were not involved.
McGuinness led Donegal to the All Ireland football title last year.
