At a press conference in the city on Wednesday, the Mexican fighter made it clear that he is not scared of the Jackal.
But Frampton remains confident about his game plan for their WBC Final Eliminator at the Odyssey.
"I got a bit of stick yesterday about saying I was going to 'bingo' him after the first round. I'm still planning on doing that," he told UTV.
And Frampton is focusing on his skill in the ring to earn that coveted shot at the world title, with no room for luck or superstitions.
"No superstitions. I bring a photograph of (daughter) Carla into the changing rooms with me. Give her a wee kiss before I leave. Maybe you can call that a superstition, but that's about it," he said.
The weigh-in ahead of Frampton's clash with Cazáres is at 1pm on Thursday in the Europa Hotel.
