It's just under a year since the Scottish champions shocked Barca with a 2-1 win at Parkhead.
With the injured Lionel Messi unavailable to the Spanish giants, Lurgan-born Hoops boss Lennon believes Georgios Samaras could be the key man in the Group H clash.
"He is hugely influential at times in these European games," Lennon said of the Greek striker.
"In the Nou Camp, before he went off injured, he was causing Barcelona lots of problems and I am hoping for more of the same tonight."
Celtic face a tough task if they are to progress to the knockout stages of Europe's top club competition this season, with AC Milan and Ajax also featuring in their group.
After losing 2-0 away to the Italians in their opening game, Lennon is hoping luck will be on their side at Celtic Park - and called for a good display from keeper Fraser Forster.
He continued: "What you need against Barcelona is a fair amount of luck if you want things to go well way on the night and you need your goalkeeper to play very well. And in Fraser Forster I have got one of the best goalkeepers in the competition."
The game will be shown live on UTV from 7.30pm.
