It was a convincing victory for Allen, who went into the interval leading 3-1 before taking the eventual comfortable win.
The result comes after a win by Yupeng over Allen earlier this year, which knocked him out of the World Championship and sparked controversy.
Allen accused his opponent of dishonesty by using an illegal push shot and was later fined £10,000 for his accusation.
The 24-year-old will now come up against England's Judd Trump on Thursday, in the hope of booking a place in the semi-final.
