Thoughts with the family at this very sad time. I travel up to Magherafelt every weekend and the fact this large town has no traffic lights whatsoever except for the pedestrian lights outside the high school is astounding. Something really needs to be done about this, it is the only large town in NI I can think of that doesn't have traffic lights. Why!

I work on Broad Street, such a terrible loss. You never know what's going to happen, death on the roads doesn't always involve speed. My thoughts go out to the family, awful tragedy
