Lotto operators Camelot are now appealing to people to get searching for the ticket that will change their lives.
"We're desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings," a spokesperson said.
"It really is a life-changer and we're urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.
Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa - someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune!

"We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win."
The winning ticket was purchased somewhere in Co Down for the Saturday 2 June draw and the prize is due to expire at 5.30pm on Thursday 29 November. No further details on the exact area are available at this stage.
If no-one comes forward in time, then the prize money - plus all the interest it has generated - will go to The National Lottery Good Causes.
The winning numbers were 16, 18, 20, 25, 29, 34 and the bonus ball was 15.
Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket should call the National Lottery Line on 0845 910 0000 within the 180-day deadline.
