Casey Morgan, 18, has been missing in contravention of his licence conditions since Wednesday morning.
A PSNI spokesman said Morgan poses a high risk of causing serious harm and have issued a licence recall order for his arrest.
Morgan is described as being around 5'11" tall, of medium build, with short dark brown hair and a pierced left eyebrow.
He was last seen wearing dark coloured track bottoms, a white coloured sweat top with red and black bands, black zip jacket, black trainers and a camouflage print baseball cap.
Police have advised the public not to approach Morgan, but to contact the PSNI immediately if they know of his whereabouts.
