Sectarian graffiti was daubed all over the back walls of Janette Nelson's house and a window was smashed in the latest attack, which happened at around 3am on Saturday.
Her car was also damaged.
The Catholic mother of three said she has lived in Lenamore Park for five years and cannot understand why she is being targeted.
She told UTV: "We have lived here for a long time and we've not had any problems and it's just heartbreaking.
My kids don't know anything about religion or sectarianism, I've not brought them up like that.
Janette Nelson
"Just seeing the kids' faces when they see it and the glass that was all in the kitchen ... my heart is just broke thinking this isn't right."
It's the second time in the past week that Janette's home has been attacked.
Last Saturday night, sectarian graffiti was painted on the front of her house and black paint was thrown over her door and windows.
Although Janette says she's frightened for her family, she refuses to be forced out of her home.
"I'm not going to be scared into moving out because I love living here and as I say I've never had any bother or problems and the kids love it," she continued.
"This is the only place I've ever felt that's really mine so I don't want to move at all."
Police said they are investigating the attacks but Janette is appealing to those responsible to leave her family in peace.
