Motorists warned over icy conditions

Motorists are being warned to exercise caution on Northern Ireland's roads after temperatures plummeted overnight.

The Roads Service is advising that icy conditions are expected on all untreated roads on Sunday.
A spokesperson said: "Salting of all main through routes was completed overnight and further salting actions are underway again this morning in some areas."
Meanwhile, the citybound lane of the M1 was closed for a time on Sunday morning between junctions 12 and 14 after a one vehicle road traffic collision
The lane has now reopened.
