Man dies in Belfast crash

A man aged in his 20s has died after being knocked down in south Belfast.

He was struck by a silver Subaru Impreza at Cromac Street just after 7pm on Friday and died later in hospital.
A 23-year-old man was arrested in suspicion of dangerous driving, causing grievous bodily harm.
Police are appealing for witnesses and would like to speak to the driver of an old-style Vauxhall Astra.
Investigations are continuing.
Cromac Street area was re-opened shortly after 4:45am on Saturday.
