Thomas Ireland was last seen in the area of Milltown Cemetery in west Belfast on Friday morning.

Police have asked for the 62-year-old or anyone who knows his whereabouts to get in touch.

Mr Ireland is described as being approximately 5'6" tall and of slim build, with green eyes, short grey hair and a moustache.

He has tanned skin and a mole on one cheek and was wearing a black and white striped hoodie, white shirt, blue jeans and black shoes when he vanished.

His family and police said they have become increasingly concerned about him.

A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Police would appeal to Thomas or anyone who knows of his whereabouts to contact CID at Antrim Road or Tennent Street Police Stations on the number 101."
