Mr Griffiths, who was 55 and originally from Foyle, had not been seen for more than a week after he disappeared in the Castlereagh area on 30 July.

His body was discovered on the Saintfield Road, near Knockbracken Healthcare Park.

Police carried out a post mortem examination on Wednesday and said they are not treating the death as suspicious at this stage.
