The new mum alleged Reid, who won a different season of the same reality TV show, transformed their home when she was eight months pregnant with their daughter Dolly.
Chantelle made the revelations in a series of tweets on Tuesday morning, saying she wanted to put the record straight.
Reid was married to glamour model Jordan when his penchant for cross-dressing was revealed, and the pair separated less than a year after they tied the knot. But 29-year-old Chantelle claims Reid told her his female alter-ego Roxanne was "a publicity stunt" and she only found out about his activity when she was pregnant.
"And NO I didn't know Alex cross dressed cos he told me it was a publicity stunt, I found out when I was pregnant.
"Now I know what Katie Price went through and she got the blame back then!" Chantelle tweeted.
She commented that she was trying to work out access for Reid to see his daughter, adding that her "whole world was ripped apart in an instant".
"And for the record I've been asking Alex to send me a schedule of when he'd like to see Dolly but he won't commit. He can come and see her whenever he wants to."
She claimed that when their baby was six weeks old, Chantelle found text messages to a man in which Reid, 37, was arranging to meet up for sex while dressed as Roxanne.
Chantelle stayed quite on the social media site for a few hours before tweeting an allegation that while she was pregnant, Reid had been seeing another woman.
The couple split earlier this year amid claims that Chantelle arrived home to find Reid in women's clothes while in a compromising position.
But Reid hit back on his website, saying "It's such a funny, funny story, hilarious in fact... We were rolling around the floor laughing, hahaha!"
They got engaged on live television on RTE's The Saturday Night Show in October last year, when Reid got down on one knee. But just a year later, Chantelle appeared on the same show alone, saying that "things happened" during her pregnancy.
"Ultimately a man ended our relationship. And that's all I'm prepared to say," she added.
Reid has remained silent over the tweets fired out from Chantelle's account, and has locked his twitter feed so that only existing followers can find out what he is, or is not, saying on the situation.
