I'm A Celebrity star Helen Flanagan has appealed for the public to stop voting for her as she faces her third Bushtucker Trial on Thursday night.

This time the former Coronation Street actress will be working her way through the dark hotel rooms of Cruelty Towers, accompanied by a host of jungle critters as she searches for stars to earn meals for camp.

It comes after she lost her previous trial, the food challenge, to suspended Tory MP Nadine Dorries - while both of them failed spectacularly in the trial before that.

Helen appeared to be in high spirits as Ant and Dec explained the latest challenge, but as she stepped forward she took cold feet.

"I need a few minutes," the 22-year-old said. "I'm scared.

"It just makes me want to go home. If they're going to keep do this to me every single day I want to go home. I just really want people to stop voting for me.

"I'm not happy at all. I don't want to do it."

Helen decided to press on with the trial, which sees her come face to face with snakes, a crocodile, spiders and an Ostrich who she named Olly.

Viewers will have to tune into the show at on Thursday to find out how well Helen did. It starts at 8.30pm on UTV.
