Events are running from Friday 15 March until Monday 19 March, with the parade and concert at Custom House Square on St Patrick`s Day itself.
Former X Factor singer Amelia Lily will headline the free event.
Also entertaining the crowds will be David Julien of The Voice fame, folk group Blackthorn and Ulster-Scots group Rightly On.
Tir na N'Og Irish Dancers and Ballysillan Highland Dancers will also be performing on stage.
City Hall will host a variety of activities including talks and exhibitions, music workshops, dance, traditional craft demonstrations, children`s arts and crafts, and storytelling.
On Saturday there'll be a waste workshop to create a giant shamrock out of waste and recycled materials.

St George's Market will have live themed music and family entertainment throughout the weekend as well as Irish dancing.
Belfast Lord Mayor Alderman Gavin Robinson said the festival programme had 'something to suit all ages with the emphasis on family fun and entertainment.'
He added: "The four-day programme is set to be a vibrant and exciting time for Belfast; the city is going to be buzzing. The carnival and concert have become an important part of the city's annual celebrations and this year we have even more on offer as we welcome the first St Patrick`s Festival."
Meanwhile Londonderry will also be hosting a number of events over the weekend.
The 2013 City of Culture is holding its St Patrick's Day Spring Carnival from Saturday 16 to Sunday 17 March.
This year's carnival parade is set to bring together a mixture of new and seasoned community group performances, carnival groups, tradition and contemporary dance groups and pipe bands along the 2km route through the city.
Mayor Councillor Kevin Campbell said the parade will be "one of the highlights in the event calendar for all to enjoy."
He added: "The city will be buzzing from noon until 6pm with a fantastic line up of events planned from Live Music, puppet and magic shows, arts and crafts as well as an array of street theatre.

In Downpatrick more than 30,000 spectators are expected to attend the traditional Cross Community Carnival Parade on Sunday 17 March.
Those visiting Slemish in Co Antrim on St Patrick's Day can learn about the patron saint and his legacy, as well as the wildlife and geology of the mountain.
Buses will be departing from Buckna, Broughshance and the Ecos Centre in Ballymena from 9am-2pm on Sunday 17 March.
The annual RNLI Duck Dive will take place at The Herring Pool in Portstewart from 12 noon on Sunday.
Brave fund-raisers in fancy dress plunge into the often freezing Atlantic Ocean in aid of the charity.
