The Alfie beauty and her actor boyfriend Tom Sturridge welcomed their first child in London over the weekend, according to UsMagazine.com.
No further details about the newborn were available as WENN went to press.
Miller, 30, has shared few details about her pregnancy since the news emerged in January, and she previously admitted she had been ordered not to publicly discuss her expectant status amid fears she'll be accused of double-standards over her eight-year privacy battle.
She was at the forefront of a campaign to improve press standards in the UK, telling an official probe into the News of the World phone-hacking scandal she was left in a state of "complete anxiety and paranoia" by media intrusion.
However, she opened up about impending motherhood in an interview withVogue magazine in March, telling the publication: "I'm feeling fine. It's all progressing nicely and it's very exciting. It's nice to start a new decade... I'm in my second trimester, so I'm 'I-can-talk-about-it' pregnant, even though I'm under strict instructions not to say anything as it would completely defeat the point of everything I've tried to achieve in the last eight years."
Miller and Vanity Fair star Sturridge began dating in early 2011. Reports in January suggested the couple was engaged, but her former stepmother Kelly Hoppen, who was previously married to Miller's dad Edwin, dismissed the rumours and insisted the pair had no plans to wed.
