According to the Crown Prosecution Service, the charges will be added to the 13 alleged sexual offences with which Rolf Harris was charged back in August.
"The alleged offences relate to one existing complainant and two new complainants," a CPS spokesman said on Monday.
The allegations had been included among those sent to the CPS by the Metropolitan Police in August, and have now been formally added to the indictment following an ongoing review of cases.
A plea hearing for Harris is due to be held at Southwark Crown Court on 14 January.
The 83-year-old's trial date has been set for 30 April.
His lawyer has already indicated that he will plead not guilty to the initial 13 charges against him.
Harris was originally arrested by officers working on Operation Yewtree, the investigation into claims made against Jimmy Savile.
The allegations against the Australian have no connection to Savile himself.
