Elvis Presley's ex-wife, 67, who is in the UK capital to star in a British pantomime show, has enjoyed a number of dates with Anstis, 42, after they were introduced by mutual friends last month.
The couple is said to have hit it off immediately - despite the 25-year age gap.
A source tells the Daily Mirror newspaper: "They have mutual pals in the States and a friend suggested they meet up. Toby has a thing for older women and is a big fan of Elvis, so they hit it off immediately.
"After swapping numbers, Priscilla got him some tickets to see her in panto in Wimbledon, and they met up after. Toby often goes to LA, so he is hoping things may continue when he goes to America in the next few weeks."
Presley's stint as the Wicked Queen in a family friendly theatre production of Snow White ends on 13 January.
