The three-day event features an array of food and drink exhibitions, including an open kitchen, the latest equipment and decor, cooking classes for children and a special area to promote artisan food producers.
The event's main attraction sees Northern Ireland's prominent chefs take on the top TV chefs the UK has to offer in a friendly 'cook off' as part of the Moy Park Celebrity Chef Theatre.
On Friday Jenny Bristow and Paul Rankin took on Great British Bake Off's Paul Hollywood as well as Scottish restaurateur Nick Nairn in a number of cooking and baking demonstrations, with a bit of friendly rivalry thrown in for good measure.
Paul and Nick will be back on stage on Saturday along with Irish chefs Rachel Allen and Neven Maguire.
And James Martin will be the star attraction on Sunday in the final day of the show.
Getting ready for the friendly rivalry between the chefs, Paul said: "Nick, of course, is my sparring partner on UTV's Paul and Nick's Big Food Trip and we will be taking to the stage both separately and together during the event.
"I think they are really going to enjoy seeing some of our great Ulster produce.
"We have some of the best produce in the world in Northern Ireland, both in terms of food and drink."
And Jenny Bristow was equally excited to show off what Northern Ireland has to offer.
"We have fantastic produce locally and I'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing what I will cook in my demonstrations," she explained.
"I know that providing a platform for Northern Ireland's artisan food and drink producers is a key element of the show and I will certainly be highlighting some of our specialist growers and producers.
"They couldn't be coming at a better time of year as Halloween is the best of the season's food."
As well as the celebrity chefs' demonstrations, visitors can also see leading local food and drink experts on the Love Food Hate Waste Open Kitchen stage to share their knowledge of products, produce and techniques.
The Food and Drink Show NI runs from 25-27 October and tickets are available at the venue.
