Speaking about the would-be stars Amanda said: "This year, Little Britain has got talent. It's mostly young kids, it's been amazing."
Amanda was joined by her fellow judges Alesha Dixon and Simon Cowell at the series launch in London on Thursday, but David Walliams missed the screening due to filming commitments.
Speaking to This Morning reporter Matt Johnson all three judges agreed the first episode had 'a Susan Boyle moment' when 11-year-old Arixsandra Libantino took to the stage to sing One Night Only from the musical Dreamgirls.
"An 11-year-old girl should not be able to sing with that much maturity. I think everyone in that room was gobsmacked," said Alesha.
Amanda added: "It's one of those moments we know is going to define the show - we're watching possibly TV history in the making, we all get that thrill and we think this is a YouTube moment."
It's the most innovative, intelligent, jam packed with talent show on British television.

Another young talent to wow the judges is 14-year-old comedian Jack Carroll, who has to use a walking frame as he suffers from cerebral palsy.
"He's a great kid, he's somebody you root for and I always say about these shows you have to root for the person," said Simon.
Viewers will also see Simon lapping up the attention in Saturday's episode after fellow judge David Walliams dragged him on stage for a dance with one of the contestants.
Speaking before the launch David said: "I got Simon on the stage this year for the first time in the history of Simon Cowell being on television.
"I had to use all my weight, because I probably weigh about twice as much as he does, but I dragged him up."
Simon is also treated to a special performance from glamorous contestant Vicky Vivacious.
She is seen strutting onto the stage and performing a flirtatious and playful version of the classic Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend, finishing with a big surprise for Simon and David.
The new series of Britain's Got Talent starts on UTV on Saturday 13 April at 7pm.
