The former Westlife singer won the public vote after spending the last day in camp with Royal fashion designer David Emanuel.

Sitting on his jungle throne surrounded by his fellow campmates, Kian told hosts Ant and Dec: "Everyone here deserves to be in this chair.

"It was such a team effort in there and everyone really helped one another to get through it all.

"Everyone here is jungle kings and Queens."

Kian was a firm favourite to win the crown as viewer's watched him delve in to camp life and take on the various Bushtucker Trials and challenges with ease.

He was also very popular in camp as he took on the role as chef and would often be seen lifting the spirits of his fellow celebs.

Before being crowned the winner, Kian left the camp with David to speak to Ant and Dec about their time in the jungle.

Kian said his experience: "It has been one of the best three weeks of my life.

"I just loved being in there, meeting everyone and becoming such good friends with everybody.

It is strange being out of the jungle, very strange.

"I honestly will never forget this experience for the rest of my life," he said.

This year's runner-up David said of his time in the jungle: "It is like we were living a dream and now we are back in reality. It's been an amazing journey."

During his final days in camp, David admitted that he thought the series was staged and that the celebrities would not really have to endure the hunger and various aspects of camp life.

"I thought we would at least have a chef," he told Ant and Dec.

"But dare I say it; I am very impressed with myself for completing this experience."

Before Kian and David were released from the jungle they had to endure one more Bushtucker Trial - the Final Feast.

Ahead of the Trial, Kian said: "It's the one I've been dreading the most, I'm not going to lie. Put me in a cage with any animal, hang me out of a helicopter, no problem, but this is the one I feared the most. But that's why we're here, to be challenged."

David was given Cheese Fruit Fondue for starter - a bowl of blended cheese fruit with King Cricket on the side, while Kian was given an Ostrich anus in a tapas dish with some dressing.

Next David was given Cock Au Van for his main course - a pig's penis floating in a casserole and Kian was given Fish and cows udder.

Totes amazeballs. I've learnt that since I've been here.

As Kian tried to eat it he gagged. "I've never gagged before. That's the first time in my life," he said.

David was then given a Sundae glass filled with live beach worms as Kian had Cock -olate Eye Scream - a fish eye and a cockroach.

He ate the eyeball extremely quickly leading Ant and Dec to tell him that he had topped the record as nobody in the history of the series had ever eaten an eyeball so quickly.

Finally David had Cham-pain - blended cockroach, cricket and mealworm as Kian had an Eggspresso - a mug containing blended fermented duck egg.

After he had drunk it he described the taste:"Have you ever vomited into your own mouth? Multiply that by a million and put really sour eggs in the middle."

David and Kian both successfully consumed all of their courses meaning they could look forward to a delicious three course evening meal with beverages.

Sitting at a candle lit and tablecloth covered table later that evening, David and Kian sat on their first chairs in three weeks and devoured the feast from china plates while drinking from real glasses.

David's menu consisted of smoked salmon on brown bread with lemon and pepper, a fillet steak with mushrooms, tomatoes and fries followed by Eton Mess and washed down with a glass of beer. Kian's dinner was margarita pizza with Peri Peri sauce to start, burger and chips and then banoffee pie and to quench his thirst, he also drank beer.

I am so glad Kian won. He richly deserves to. He is such lovely grounded fair young man despite his being famous.I am so pleased for him .I am so glad that Lucy was voted out for I did not find her a particularly nice person. I do think she liked to stir things and quite honestly think she was rather jealous of Amy.Did really like Rebecca, she was a lovely decent girl. I would have liked her in the final three, although I must say David was such a gent. One the whole not a bad crown this year.
