The Dublin-born brothers, who first found fame on X Factor in 2009, joined nine other acts who made it through Tuesday's semi-final.
They will represent as they perform their song Waterline on stage in Baku in Azerbaijan on Saturday.
During the semi-final John and Edward were dressed in silver costumes and their famous spiky hair was brushed forward. When they heard they had made it through to the competition's final round, they cartwheeled across the stage.
The 20-year-old twins came in eighth place in last year's Eurovision when they sang Lipstick.
They will compete against France, Italy, Germany, Spain, the UK and Azerbaijan, as well as competition favourites the Russian Grannies - Buranovskiye Babushki, who also made it through on Tuesday.
The second semi-final will take place on Thursday.
The 76-year-old crooner Engelbert Humperdinck is set to represent the UK with his song Love Will Set You Free.
