Slave 2 The Rhythm, recorded by the King of Pop shortly before his death in June 2009, has been reworked to include vocals by the Baby hitmaker.
The pop sensation took to his Twitter page to pay tribute to the Thriller icon on Friday, minutes before the track surfaced on the Internet.
Bieber tweeted: "Excited for what is to come. MJ set the bar. Not only for music but for being an entertainer and how u treat the fans. Wish he was here..."
The song has already hit the airwaves in the UK, where it was played on pop station Capital FM.
