Laure James is back after failing to inject oestrogen into the Easter special. She's joined by Keith Bailie, Chris Holt and Mark McIntosh to discuss the fight for survival in the Carling Premiership.

They look at who we could see joining the top division from the Belfast Telegraph Championship and what has turned Crusaders into the sensational cup specialists they've been this season.

The gang discuss the race for third place concluding while Portadown appear to be on the slide, they could still pull out all the stops against Cliftonville at Solitude on Saturday.

Frank Mitchell is also back for some Irish League themed Ground Watchers, Keith's look at the Intermediate Cup Final has milk poured all over it and Northern Ireland's exported talent are all given big pats on the back.

The team congratulate Rangers' Steven Davis and Kilmarnock's Dean Shiels for being shortlisted for the Scottish PFA Footballer of the Year, York City's Michael Ingham in preparation for yet another appearance at Wembley and Torquay United's Eunan O'Kane for making it into the League Two XI.
