And now, the end is here, and so we made this final podcast... Well, maybe that's a bit dramatic, but the Carling Premiership's over, so we thought we'd mark the occasion with a quick 'see yous all later'.

Bump 'n' Grind brings Keith Bailie, Chris Holt and Mark McIntosh back once again to take a glossy-eyed look back over 2011/12 and in addition to a full season review (honestly, it's about an hour long or so...).

The team also discuss the JJB Sports Irish Cup final, talk about Linfield winning everything, preview the Setanta Sports Cup final between Crusaders and Derry City and are full of Mallard Love for top-flight newcomers Ballinamallard FC.

The gang also give their personal accounts of the Carling NI Football Writers' Association Awards night (on occasion a bit too personal), congratulate Chris Morrow and David Jeffrey for being named the Footballer and Manager of the Year and try and remember some of Jimmy Nicholl's better jokes.

So that's it for another year.

But where's Laure?
