A fascinating couple on The Magazine tonight. Imagine being wrongly accused of murder and sentenced to death? Well that's what happened to two of my guests on the programme at 8pm.

Sonia "Sunny" Jacobs and Peter Pringle were coincidentally convicted of murdering police officers on opposite sides of The Atlantic and both spent a considerable chunk of their lives on Death Row waiting to be executed.

You can hear their remarkable story and how they met and began their new life of freedom tonight at 8pm on UTV.

Definitely not to be missed!

The programme is called The Magazine, so different stories on different pages - I'll also be catching up with Rachael O'Connor this evening, the Drumsurn schoolgirl wowing the judges on the Voice.

We find out how the nerves are holding up ahead of this Saturday's live show AND in studio our other NI hopeful Jai McConnell reveals that even though she went out of The Voice last week, the show was actually recorded months ago and she's been keeping that big secret for ages!

I could never do that. Jai's here and bringing in her gorgeous three year old son, Kingston. She'll be getting advice from a blast from the past from X Factor's Janet Devlin who'll be telling us how three years after appearing on the hit reality show she's finally releasing her debut album.

And it wouldn't be The Magazine without a surprise. Tonight it's a teacher! Watch out "Buchie" I'm coming to get you!
