Back to Earth

Another week has flown by and I've just about come back to earth after last Saturday night's IN awards at Belfast City Hall.

I was delighted to have been nominated for an award (most stylish professional - if you don't mind -shocker) and even more delighted and hugely surprised to have won. I brought my lovely mum Mary with me and we both had a fantastic night celeb spotting!

Blush on the Lisburn road let me borrow a gorgeous dress which was just perfect for the occasion. You can take a look on The Magazine tonight at 8 at all the fabulous frocks and famous faces.

If you've been tuning into the hugely popular Rare Breed on UTV you're not alone. With an average of 200,000 people watching every Monday night it's become the most watched non-news programme in the UK and with the last programme of the series going out this Monday we catch up with Comber vegetable farmer Andrew Herron (or Mr Sprout) and the series producer Veronica Cunningham to chat about the show's success.

It's Mother's Day on Sunday and we've some lovely messages and tributes for certain mums out there, and in studio baby Emily Clarke makes her television debut and is just as stunning as her lovely television presenter mum. Sarah's off on maternity leave after having baby number two and looks amazing. She'll be back on your screens in the summer if she can tear herself away from those gorgeous kiddies.

And our People Like You awards this week goes to the amazing man who made a special harness to allow thousands of children with special needs to walk!

See you all tonight and don't forget the clocks tomorrow - Summer is just around the corner!
