Overindulged at Christmas? Not to worry, one easy video per day for the twelve days of Christmas will have you fighting fit for 2014.

It's almost impossible to get through Christmas without treating yourself here and there! Not to mention that big Christmas dinner.

And maybe the occasional tipple.

Or all that lovely chocolate.

But there's no need to feel guilty, we can't all be 'good' all of the time! Where's the fun in that?

We can't forget that all that indulgence affects our health (and our waistlines), but keeping that festive fun spirit in mind I have a challenge for you!

Our Twelve days of Christmas fitness starts today!

One video a day for twelve days, not too strenuous but it will help get things back on track for the new year. We'll start off nice and easy and work our way up to that last day.

And you don't need to just challenge yourself, get your friends to join in and see how you fare against them. You could do it together or keep your fellow challengers updated on your progress on Facebook. Just a couple of ideas there but whatever way you choose, doing it with others will help keep you motivated right up to the finish line.

Day 6 - Six Squat Pops

Day 7 - Seven Toe Taps

Day 8 - Eight Jumping Jacks

Day 9 - Nine Jumping Lunges

Day 10 - Ten Mountain Climbers

Day 11 - Eleven Russian Twists

Day 12 - Twelve Squat Jumps
