This week in Emmerdale, with Rachel missing, Sam becomes convinced that Declan set her up in order to claim on the insurance for the fire at Home Farm.

Ali struggles to hold things together as people start asking about her sister's whereabouts, and the bold Debbie becomes suspicious over Declan and Charity's behaviour.

The day of the court case arrives and Declan and Charity seem to have gone off on a business trip.

When Rachel fails to appear, a warrant is issued for her arrest. Determined to find her, Jai raids Ali's home looking for clues. When he discovers that his name is not mentioned on Archie's birth certificate he sees red, not only sacking Ali but evicting her too.

David and Alicia cannot wait to get rid of Leyla but a devious Priya has ways of ensuring that she stays around.

Meanwhile Pollard is shocked when Val tells him that she and Ian had a holiday romance, but hopes that they can get over it.

Brenda continues her shoplifting career but takes a big risk when she steals an MP3 player.

Harriet gets all excited when Dom asks her over, but her joy is short-lived when she finds out that he just wants her to help Gemma with her homework!

The tenancy on a farm comes up for lease, but James and Peter are disappointed to discover that it is far out of their price range.

And Rhona and Vanessa have a night out together! Are they wearing more comfortable shoes??

Meanwhile, over in Weatherfield....

Poor Hayley struggles out of bed and makes the decision that today will be her last, telling Roy that she wants to see Fiz, Tyrone and the rest of the family. They all come round, not realising the true reason behind her request.

Roy is in agony and when Hayley irons his best shirt and tells him to wear it at the funeral, he begs her to reconsider.

Accepting finally that the hour has come, he helps her into bed.

As she drinks her lethal cocktail, she warns Roy not to touch the glass so that it can be proved that he had no part of it!

Eva wants to hear all about Stella's date with Dev but she is playing coy and tells her that they are just good friends.

Chesney and Sinead move in together at number 5, but it looks like their domestic harmony will be short lived when Beth asks if she and Kirk can move in too!

Nick is spoiling Leanne, but his efforts prove to be in vain and when he hurts himself while out training with Kal, her offers of help are met with angry rejection.

Meanwhile "Selly" is missing her gold watch which was in the handbag that Maddie stole at the soup kitchen. When Sophie goes back to ask for it's return, she is stunned by Maddie's demand for fifty pounds.

Dennis and Gloria tell Rita and Norris their plans to start up a music management company.

In spite of Anna's assurances that he has done the right thing, Roy is overcome with grief and continues to blame himself for Hayley's death.
