A Polish man has appeared in court charged with raping a woman in Belfast.
Lukasz Artur Kubik, 29, is alleged to have carried out the sexual assault at an undisclosed location in the city on January.
Kubik, with an address at Tower Street, Belfast, was refused bail at the city's Magistrates' Court on Monday.
He was remanded in custody to appear again by video link on Friday, 15 March.
