After a day of getting to know his co-star in the Australian jungle, the boxer told the Bush Telegraph: "Helen is a real cute little chick, she's very ditsy and she stinks of fake tan but she's quite amusing."
Soap actress Helen, who played Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, has had a tough time so far adjusting to life in camp.
The 22-year-old was in tears as she crossed the high wire and refused to eat the dinner cooked by Eastenders star Charlie Brooks.
And she looked horrified when she found out she would have to take her turn in cleaning out the dunny.
"What?" she squealed, after being told by Charlie and Birds Of A Feather star Linda Robson.
In the end Helen watched on as the two of them changed the bucket in the camp toilet.
"I think people are going to lose their patience with me," she told the Bush Telegraph, having previously admitted she doesn't think she will be popular because she is "squeamish".
"They'll just be like 'oh shut up' - do you know what I mean?"
Helen is set the face MP Nadine Dorries in the next Bushtucker Trial, which will be aired on Monday.
