It comes after their 0-14 to 0-12 championship loss to Westmeath.
The county board has thanked Wallace for his efforts over the past six months and wished him well for the future.
His resignation comes in the wake of Gergory O'Kane and Terence McNaughton quitting the backroom team.
Antrim said a meeting of the Coiste Banaiste will take place in the coming days to decide how best to respond to "this emerging situation".
