Full back Jarred Payne has recovered from injury and will play his first game since January. He is joined in the back three by Andrew Trimble and Michael Allen.
Ireland players Paddy Jackson and Tom Court are also named in the team after returning from Six Nations duty.
Jackson will be partnered at half back with Paul Marshall, another returning player.
Tom Court is at loose head, Rob Herring at hooker and John Afoa has switched back to his regular tight head prop position.
Captain Johann Muller has been selected for the first time since last month and he is joined in the second row by Lewis Stevenson.
Dan Tuohy has been named in the back row alongside Mike McComish and Robbie Diack, who have been retained from the team which drew with Treviso earlier this month.
Stuart Olding, who has scored twice in his last two games for Ulster, will again combine with Darren Cave in midfield.
Nick Williams and Peter Nelson have returned from injury and are named among the replacements. They are joined on the bench by Niall Annett, Michael Heaney, Callum Black, Ali Birch and Ricky Andrew.
Tom Court, Ulster & Ireland prop, told UTV: "A lot of guys are chuffed and really happy to be involved with it all and obviously the results are a little disappointing
"But I think it is always a big thing for the guys to be involved for their country and to be playing and hopefully they will bring the experience and some of the benefits back to Ulster and get that momentum back again."
