Last week, Coach Brian McLaughlin praised Ulster's "no frills" performance after their 21-13 defeat of Edinburgh at Ravenhill.
Ulster are second in Pool Four with 13 points - four adrift of leaders Stade Francais.
They are in pole position for at least a place in the Amlin Challenge Cup quarter-finals.
"We said one of our aims at the start of the season was to be heading into our final pool game in the European Cup, with something to play for, and that's exactly what we have done," McLaughlin said.
"We know how tough a challenge it's going to be playing Bath away, so we're going over there anticipating a very hard game."
McLaughlin added this game is an important one for the team's progress.
"We will be ready from them come Saturday.
"An away win in Europe is something we need in order to take our belief in ourselves up to the next level and to let others see that we are a team that's steadily improving."
The final pool game played at Bath's Recreation Grounds kicks off at 3.45pm.
