Ulster squad to face Ospreys named

The squad has been named for Ulster's upcoming Pro12 game against Ospreys.

Darren Cave starts at inside centre and will be partnered by Jared Payne in the midfield.

Ricky Andrew starts at fullback, Craig Gilroy is selected on the left and Michael Allen returns to the starting XV on the right. James McKinney is named at outhalf where he will start alongside Ruan Pienaar, who has been selected at scrumhalf.

Tom Court, Rob Herring, John Afoa, Johann Muller, Lewis Stevenson, Robbie Diack, Sean Doyle and Roger Wilson will make up the pack.

Iain Henderson and Luke Marshall, who were released by Ireland are on the bench.

The squad was named on Thursday afternoon by head coach Mark Anscombe who this week signed a one-year extension to his contract at Ulster.

Ulster v Ospreys kicks off at 7.35pm on Friday at Ravenhill.
