The guys managed to shave a few hours off their training schedule to record a new advert promoting their next few games.

Ulster and Ireland player Tommy Bowe admitted that he wasn't used to wearing make-up - but he wasn't sure about his fellow team mates.

He described the new advert as "something different," before adding that hopefully it will help attract supporters to matches at the start of the new season.

Ulster hooker Rory Best not surprisingly admitted that make-up rooms are not somewhere he would be particularly comfortable.

After the match against Bayonne, Ulster will welcome two English clubs to Ravenhill, including Leicester who they blew away in the Heineken Cup last year.

Best added: "When you look at it on paper now when we line up we should be stronger , we were last year which is a great thing.

"It's good to see that we are not just resting on our laurels and hoping that we can achieve what we did last year.

"We have to try to be better and to do that you always like to add strength of the squad. We have got that."

Ulster's competitive season gets underway on Friday 31 August against the Glasgow Warriors at Ravenhill.
