The provincial rivals will meet at Thormond Park on Sunday, 8 April with a 1.45pm kick-off.
Ulster narrowly lost to Clermont in France last weekend but qualified for the quarter finals as best placed runners up.
The Ravenhill side have already beaten two-times Heineken Cup winners Munster this season, and captain Johann Muller is confident they can do it again.
He said: "We truly believe that we are good enough to get to a semi-final and to get a final to win this tournament.
"If you can put that together with some really good results and positive play in the field anything is possible."
Ulster said ticket details for the match will be announced shortly.
