Ryan Mellon and Niall Gormley look doubtful for the trip to Dublin after both players picked up injuries in the Ulster final clash against Antrim

Goalkeeper John Devine is also out after he dislocated his shoulder in training last Sunday.

Kildare wing-back Mikey Conway has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.

An MRI scan on the knee he damaged just before half-time in the Round Four Qualifier win over Wicklow last Saturday revealed he had suffered cruciate ligament damage.

It is the second time Conway has had to deal with dreaded injury, having missed much of the 2005 Championship after tearing his cruciate.

Tyrone are favourites ahead of Sunday's clash, but Mickey Harte told UTV success never came easy.

"I don't know if there's any secret. It's a combination of many factors", he said.

"Quality players... without that, then things become very difficult, then you have quality people around you and a little bit of lady luck shines here and there. You put all these things together with a huge amount of work and dedication."
