Both Tyrone and Donegal made it through to the last four of the Dr McKenna Cup with wins over Cavan and St Mary's respectively.
Tyrone were 2-7 to 1-14 winners over Cavan with Mark Donnelly scoring 2-2 for the Red Hand County.
Cavan gave them a scare towards the end of the game, when Alan Clarke put the ball in the back of the net.
In the other game, St Mary's were within a single point of Donegal at one stage before the home side took a firm hold of the game with Adrian Hanlon scoring a goal.
Colm McFadden notched up 7 points for Donegal as they proved too strong in the end for the visitors.
