Tyrone are set to clash with Derry on the National Football League's Division One opening weekend, without Stephen O'Neill who suffered a dislocated right elbow last Saturday.

O'Neill will be out for at least eight weeks after suffering the injury during Tyrone's McKenna Cup defeat to Donegal and has been replaced by Martin Penrose.
"Derry at Celtic Park is not a great hunting ground for us", Tyrone boss Mickey Harte told UTV earlier this week.
"We don't traditionally do very well there. But we have to go and fight for two league points. They're very important. It's important to get off to a good start."
Justin McMahon has recovered from a mild bout of concussion he sustained during Saturday's final and starts at full-back.
Colm Cavanagh features for the first time this year after undergoing surgery in the off season, while Brian McGuigan lines out at centre-forward after starting the McKenna Cup final on the bench.
Kyle Coney, the star of Tyrone's Minor team in 2008, makes his National League debut at wing-forward.
Despite falling to lift the McKenna cup last Saturday, Harte is confident the competition was a useful run-in to the National League.
"We've got the players to the pace of the new competitive season. We're in a better place to begin the league because of our exploit in the McKenna Cup and we're grateful for that."
Derry boss Damian Cassidy has named two newcomers in his side to face Tyrone at Celtic Park on Saturday.
Charlie Kielt will make his league debut at left wing-back, while Andrew McCartney is another newcomer at left wing-forward after impressing in the Dr McKenna Cup.
Team captain Gerard O'Kane starts at full-back in the absence of regular number three Kevin McCloy, with Eoin Bradley filling in at full-forward for his brother, Paddy, who is ruled out with an ankle injury.
The Oak Leaf and Red Hand counties will meet at Celtic Park on Saturday night, with a 7.30pm throw-in.
Meath meet Armagh in Navan in Saturday's other clash.
On Sunday, Monaghan take on Cork in Scotstown, while Joe Kernan will make his League bow with Galway when they face Mayo in Castlebar.
Down will enter Division Two with a meeting with Kildare in Newbridge.
Donegal are at Mullingar to take on Westmeath.
Fermanagh will be expected to win at Offaly in Division Three and Antrim take on Sligo at Casement Park.
Roscommon take on Cavan at Doctor Hyde Park.
