Two signings for Derry City

Barry Molloy and Emmett Friars have signed contracts to play for Derry City.

Molloy has resigned for the club on a one-year contract following his failure to break into Bristol Rovers.

The midfielder reportedly turned down bigger money deals to sign for the Candystripes again.

Newry City defender Friars leaves the Carling Premier League for the League of Ireland First Division club on a one-year deal.
