The two internationals were rested in the opening two rounds of the Pro 12 due to Ireland's Player Management Programme but will now be back for the provincial clash.
Meanwhile Stephen Ferris is set to win his 100th Ulster cap, after returning to action as a substitute in Saturday's victory over Ospreys in Swansea.
But Robbie Diack will miss out after picking up a leg injury against Glasgow.
Ulster v Munster kicks off at 7.05pm on Friday.
