World number one golfer Tiger Woods has been released from hospital following a car crash, according to US reports.
Woods, 33, pulled out of his driveway, struck a fire hydrant, and then drove into a tree at his neighbour's property at about 2.25am local time, the Florida Highway Patrol told the Orlando Sentinel newspaper.
The Florida Highway Patrol said Woods was driving a 2009 Cadillac sport utility vehicle and the crash was not alcohol-related.
A spokesman added that the incident was still under investigation and charges were pending.
Woods recently returned to America after winning the Masters in Melbourne by two shots.
The 14-time major winner is scheduled to host his own tournament, the Chevron World Challenge, next week in California.
